Antwon Rose, A Community in Shock

On day #1, the students in the workshop hit the ground running.  After some instruction with Point Park University Center for Media Innovation director Andy Conte, the students walked around the corner to Market Square.  It was just before lunch and downtown Pittsburgh was busy!

The students chose to cover a controversial story, the shooting of Antwon Rose.  Their willingness to tackle such a hot button issue shows that they all have the potential to be great journalists! Please checkout their brief stories in the above drop menu.
